Hours of Operation

The City of Elsa Municipal Court is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Defendants may also submit a written plea via email or fax to the Court.

Online payment options, drop box payments, and other arrangements may be available. Please note that certain citations are not eligible for online payment and must be scheduled for an appearance before the Judge.

The City of Elsa Municipal Court accepts the following forms of payment in person or by mail. Mail Box P.O. Box 427. All money orders must be payable to Elsa Municipal Court.

Payments may also be processed over the phone $3 convenience fee

Online payments are available through our payment portal.

If you are unable to process your payment online, payments may be submitted by money order using the court drop box located at:

Elsa, Texas

Please ensure that your DOB and Citation number is included with any payment placed in the drop box. Payments submitted without this information will not be processed and will be returned by mail.

Do not place cash in the drop box.
