In partnership with our citizens, the Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to enriching the quality of life for present and future generations for Elsa residents. The Parks Department provides maintenance for City properties, including the City's parklands, facilities, boulevards, and municipal building grounds. We also host, assist and organize special events each year in collaboration with the City; these include sporting events, festivals, holiday programs, special gatherings, and dedications.
Additionally, the Parks and Recreation Department provides short-range planning for parks, landscapes, and other outdoor facilities, including irrigation system design, landscape, and park design, park construction management. The City of Elsa Parks and Recreation Department is always looking to provide more resources for our citizens, who are the forefront of our success.
